  • I specialize in helping high-achieving women who feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, or never “enough.” Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and unresolved childhood wounds that still shape how they show up in relationships, work, and daily life.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps your brain heal from past experiences that still trigger emotional or physical reactions. It’s especially effective for anxiety, trauma, burnout, and deep-rooted self-worth issues.

  • If you’ve talked about your struggles but still feel stuck, EMDR may help your body and mind release what traditional talk therapy alone can’t reach. I also blend EMDR with trauma-informed talk therapy and emotional intelligence coaching to meet you where you are.

  • Weekly EMDR offers steady progress over time, while intensives are a focused deep-dive to help you heal specific issues in a shorter period. Both are designed for people who are ready to stop surviving and start living with calm, confidence, and connection.

  • I’m considered an out-of-network provider, which means you pay directly at the time of your session.
    If your insurance plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill which is a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

    To find out if your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, contact your insurance provider directly. Many clients receive reimbursement for a portion of their session fees, usually between 50–80% depending on their plan and deductible.

  • My current rate is $250 per 60-minute session. EMDR Intensives (3, 6, or 9 hours) are also available for clients seeking faster progress and deeper emotional relief. I don’t want finances to be the reason you can’t start. If you’re interested, we can explore options that fit your needs.
