I’m Olivia, a licensed clinical social worker and EMDR certified therapist. I work with high achieving women who look put together on the outside, but feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected inside. My approach blends, EMDR therapy, emotional intelligence, coaching, and trauma informed care. I’ll teach you how to listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you, calm your nervous system, and finally stop carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs.

Free Consultation (15 Min)

EMDR Intensives (3 hrs +)
For when you’re ready to go deeper, faster. Extended sessions give you uninterrupted time to process and release what’s been stored in your body in mind.
Anxiety Therapy (50 Min)
Weekly Therapy offers a steady, supportive space to explore patterns like overthinking, emotional dysregulation, perfectionism, and anxiety. Most clients begin with weekly sessions, which can be adjusted over time based on your needs and preferences.
